At Rangshaily (IndiFabArt Creations), it’s our constant endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return and exchange the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from our website. We will decline any return request for products purchased from indirect online/offline modes.

At Rangshaily we have a 5-day return and exchange policy, which gives you the option to return or exchange items purchased from Rangshaily.com for any reason within 5 days of receipt of the item. The return policy can be changed without prior notice.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• If you wish to cancel the order please do so before it's shipped. If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will refund the entire amount. Post shipment it cannot be cancelled.

GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN AND EXCHANGE:

• All product tags are intact and in their original packaging
• The product must be unused
• Products must be in an unwashed and undamaged condition
• We will send you a confirmation message once we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check
• COD and Shipping charges are non-refundable

Returns and exchanges are free of cost if the customer receives the wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you. 

Sale of clearance sale items as defined are final and will not be returned or exchanged.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO RANGSHAILY, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

• Return Charges/ Exchange Charges shall be levied on a case-to-case basis
• Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. You will receive an intimation on the day of pick up. In case we do not have a return pickup facility at your location, you may have to self-ship the product. 

EXCHANGES:

At Rangshaily we have a 5-day exchange policy, if you choose to exchange the item for reason of a mismatch of size or receipt of a defective item, you will be provided with a replacement of the item. However, all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

UNDER EXCHANGE POLICY:

• Only size exchanges are allowed.
• Items can be exchanged for a similar size or a different size.
• If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, we suggest that you return it to obtain a refund and purchase the new item separately.

NOTE: WE WOULD NOT BE PROVIDING RETURN AND EXCHANGE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS.
